**Beginning Sept. 28th SPIN 45 will be added on Sunday's from 4:00pm-4:45pm** 



Group exercise is not just "aerobics" anymore.  The goal of the group exercise program is to offer fun and diverse programs to aid all of your fitness needs. We strive to offer a variety of classes, ranging from mind-body to high intensity traditional classes. A majority of our classes are at no additional cost to our members.
