Come to campus to interview our students for full-time, part-time, and summer jobs as well as internships. Interviews are generally scheduled between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. and occur in The Career Center during the fall and spring semesters. Schedule on-campus interviews.
Reserve a table on campus and talk to students about your organization. Tables are located in the Student Center, outside the Boulder Garden Café, and are available from 11:30 a.m. – 2 p.m., Monday – Friday. There is no fee to reserve a table, but tables are available on a limited basis. Reserve your table.
Schedule a corporate presentation to educate students about your organization, what opportunities are available, and introduce them to your recruiting team. We will work with you to make all necessary arrangements for your session. Schedule your information session.
Invite an interested student or group of students to meet with individuals within your organization. This opportunity exposes students to the many career options within your organization and educates them on the interrelated functions of various careers. Learn more about our Job Shadowing Program.
Host an Open House
Introduce students to your organization by hosting an open house. This event could include a company overview, shadowing opportunities, tour, lunch, recruiting discussion, and a question and answer period. Practice Interview Program (PIP)
Students who practice interviewing are more successful in presenting themselves to potential employers. The PIP provides students with the opportunity to engage in practice interviews with employers in both the fall and spring semesters. Learn more about the PIP and how to participate.
Walk-In Resume Critique Days
Consider helping students polish their resumes and cover letters. The Career Center hosts walk-in resume critique days most Wednesday afternoons from 2 – 4 p.m. in The Career Center. Organizations also have the opportunity to schedule a special resume critique session. Looking for a student in a particular major? Visit a class or consider presenting to one of Loyola’s student clubs or organizations about your company, industry, and opportunities that may be available. These are scheduled at the convenience and permission of the faculty and club advisors.
