EXECUTIVE MBA

A TRANSFORMATIVE EXPERIENCE FOR THE EXPERIENCED

The Executive MBA (EMBA) program curriculum is a Jesuit, values-centered education that emphasizes the importance of business ethics and social responsibility in an increasingly complex, global, and dynamic business climate. The team-based cohort format allows you to network with, and learn from, your classmates. The recent addition of an executive coach will strengthen your team leadership skills.

The Executive MBA is intended for those seeking to accelerate their career or transition into something new, with the typical EMBA cohort bringing together individuals from a rich diversity of industries and professions - including companies from every sector of the business landscape. Students come from large multi-nationals - including all six Fortune 1,000 companies based in the Baltimore area - as well as SMEs and owner/managed firms in addition to the public and not-for-profit sector. Students come from all academic majors - including business, science, and liberal arts - and represent undergraduate institutions throughout the country and the world, including large state universities, small private colleges and Ivy-league institutions.
