Summer Registration
2024 Registration Information
Loyola offers four summer sessions:
- Session 1: May 29 - July 11, 2024
- Summer II: July 15 - August 22, 2024
- Alternate Session (III): May 29 - Augst 22, 2024
- Session IV (Maymester): May 20 - June 9, 2024

Summer Registration for Continuing Undergraduate Loyola Students
Student Planning Summer Registration
Continuing undergraduate students must visit AASC in Maryland Hall 138 or contact AASC at 410-617-5050, or AASC@loyola.edu, to discuss your summer course selection(s) prior to registering for the summer through Student Planning.
After reviewing your course selection(s), AASC will enter an electronic code giving you access to web-register for the course(s) as long as all restrictions have been met and the section(s) are open.
Exceptions to all course prerequisites, co-requisites, and restrictions require written permission from the department chair and cannot be registered electronically.
In-person Summer Registration
Please visit AASC in Maryland Hall 138, at contact AASC at 410-617-5050 or AASC@loyola.edu for assistance.
Summer registration forms are available in AASC and in Records (MH 141). Students
must obtain a signature from an administrator in AASC prior to registering for summer
courses. When you are officially registered for the course, it will appear on your
Student Planning schedule.

Summer Registration for Newly Admitted, Readmitted, First-Time Transfer, Visiting or Special Students

Newly admitted, readmitted, first-time transfer, visiting, or special students can contact an advisor in the Academic Advising and Support Center (AASC) for information on registering for summer course(s), aasc@loyola.edu.
In-Person Summer Registration
Please visit AASC in Maryland Hall 138 or contact AASC at 410-617-5050 or AASC@loyola.edu for assistance.
New students are also welcome to register in-person at the Academic Advising and Support Center (Maryland Hall, Room 138). Students can set up an appointment by calling 410-617-5050 or stop by the office Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. for registration assistance.
