Leadership Essentials is a six-month leadership development program for young professionals living and working in Howard County. Designed to address the critical gap between the skills provided by formal education and the full development of seasoned professionals, Leadership Essentials offers a skill-building program that includes monthly workshops, individual coaching, and team-based projects to address the needs of local non-profit organizations.
Loyola is now accepting applications for the next class year beginning in December 2012. To learn more about the program or to apply, please visit the Leadership Essentials webpage.
