Loyola University Maryland’s Sellinger School of Business and Management is hosting a happy hour for professionals interested in the Leadership Essentials program on Wednesday, Aug. 22, 2012. The event will be held at Stanford Grill in Columbia, Md. from 5-7 p.m. Loyola staff and Leadership Essentials alumni will be on hand to talk about the program and answer questions. Leadership Essentials is a six-month leadership development program for young professionals living and working in Howard County. Designed to address the critical gap between the skills provided by formal education and the full development of seasoned professionals, Leadership Essentials offers a skill-building program that includes monthly workshops, individual coaching, and team-based projects to address the needs of local non-profit organizations.
