Workday is an enterprise resource planning system that empowers the University with human resources, finance, and payroll functionality, all in one single robust system. The new system is a key part of the digital transformation we are undertaking as part of our strategic plan, Together We Rise, as it helps us operate more efficiently and effectively. This step precedes our launch of Workday Student, which we anticipate implementing over the next two years.
