Human Resource Benefits

In March of 2008, OUTLoyola presented a formal request to the Compensation and Benefits Committee of the Loyola Conference that a health benefits option for non-married, but legally domiciled adults regardless of same-sex or opposite-sex status be developed for consideration. The committee approved the request, a policy was developed, and in the 2010-11 benefits year, Legally Domiciled Adult benefits were made available to eligible employees at Loyola.
