Poster Printing

Should your presentation be accepted for the event, your poster will be printed and laminated free of charge. Once you receive confirmation as a presenter, submit your poster for printing to Mark Lee in graduate student services at mslee@loyola.edu.

You will have a 4’ x 4’ space on a 8’ x 4’ bulletin board to display your poster.  

Our printer can produce a poster as large as 42” x 42” in dimension.  If you are creating your poster in PowerPoint, and would like to maintain the same proportions as an 11” x 8.5” piece of paper, the closest would be a 42” x 32.5” poster.

A number of websites have poster templates that can assist you in the layout of your poster.  The Graduate School at the University of North Carolina also has a very informative site that is worth a look, including information about:

If you already have a print of your poster (from a conference, for example), and it is beyond these dimensions, please contact us to arrange for its posting.
