This Scranton, Pa., native aspires to launch a career as a physician and apply her passions for preventative health care and protecting patients’ rights to her work. In her future medical career, she would like to focus on children’s and women’s health advocacy and on hospital management. Gabrielle is a Global Studies major with a concentration in public health; she is double minoring in the natural sciences and economics and currently participates in Loyola’s Pre-Health Programs and the University’s chapter of the Tri-Beta Honors Society. After she completes her undergraduate degree from Loyola, Gabrielle plans to pursue an Emerging Leaders MBA before applying to medical school. Gabrielle, who attended a Jesuit high school, says she chose Loyola for its Jesuit values. She has enjoyed exploring and experiencing Baltimore and is involved on campus as the captain of the sailing team, serving as a Greyhound Ambassador, and as a member of both the Pre-Health and the Environmental Action Clubs.
