Alumni Memorial Chapel Refurbishment

Generations of students have gathered and prayed in Loyola’s Alumni Memorial Chapel since the cornerstone was laid for the building nearly 70 years ago. Today, the University is working to ensure the chapel’s beauty and poignance as the heart of the campus will long be preserved.

The Gothic chapel, with its exquisitely-designed stained-glass windows portraying Jesuit saints and apparitions of the Blessed Virgin Mary, has not been renovated in decades. It needs attention to preserve this beloved piece of Loyola’s history an ensure this sacred space can  continue to add splendor to the Evergreen campus for years to come. The University is seeking gifts from alumni and others who value the chapel’s importance to the Loyola community.

To contribute, call 410-617-2296 or visit Loyola's secure online giving form and designate your gift to the "Chapel Restoration Project."
