Faculty Coverage Report


Faculty Coverage Reports which include all metrics have been provided to the Office of Academic Affairs and Deans.

  1. Courses excluded from this table include: Field Experience and Consortium course.
  2. Student credit hours for cross-listed courses are allocated to the home department of the faculty member who taught the course.
  3. Faculty and courses are assigned to the department on file with Human Resources.
  4. There are instances where retired T/TT faculty are teaching on a part-time basis.
  5. “Staff” are those individuals who are staff or administrators for the university and are also teaching courses.
  6. "Uknown/Not in HR file" represents individuals not captured in the Fall HR freeze file, but are teaching courses.
