Roadside Assistance
The department of parking and transportation has an agreement with several motor clubs for the provision of nationwide, 24-hour emergency roadside service for Loyola motor pool vehicles. Customers can call a toll-free telephone number to request roadside assistance for a variety of problems including a flat tire, dead battery, lockout, or when towing is necessary.
Motor club emergency road service (Motor club brochure provides detailed information) includes the following:
- Mechanical
- First aid
- Lockout service
- Battery service
- Tire change
- Towing
- Out of fuel
- Toll road service
- Trip mapping
Parking Permits/Hang-Tags
