Wellness and Stress Self Evaluator
The Self Evaluator was developed for ULifeline by Duke University School of Medicine and screens for thirteen of the most common mental health conditions that college students face. This screening does not provide a diagnosis, but identifies problems that could be impacting thoughts, feelings and behaviors. The screening process also provides information on these conditions and how to reach out for help.
A New Wellness Space
The Office of Student Support and Wellness Promotion (SSWP) invites you to our new "Cozy Corner," a private space in which students are welcome to rest, study, relax, and re-charge throughout the day. The Cozy Corner is absent of technology, yet stocked with essential oils and an essential oil diffuser that can be used to relieve stress, enhance energy, enhance focus, and boost mood. This space also contains stress balls, fidget spinners, colored pencils and coloring books, liquid motion timers, and puzzles. Feel free to work in a quiet space at the desk, or fall asleep in the overstuffed lounge chair.
SSWP welcomes you to the Cozy Corner, located in Seton Court 02B and we look forward to seeing you soon!
