As Loyola works to build a more equitable and inclusive community, the University contracted with Dr. Susan Rankin & Associates to conduct a campus climate assessment in 2018-2019 to inform the University's actions for the future.
The Climate Survey was designed to assess how all members of our community are experiencing the current campus climate. The President’s Council on Equity and Inclusion provided overall direction and guidance, and the research was reviewed and approved by the Loyola University Maryland Institutional Review Board.
At Loyola University Maryland, we are seeking to create an environment that ensures openness, fairness, and equal access for all students, faculty, staff, and administrators. The results of the survey will help us broaden our scope around diversity and inclusion and inform actions for the future.
