Loyola University Maryland has been named to the list of “America’s Top Colleges” by Forbes.

Loyola is ranked No. 175 on the list of 650 colleges. Loyola also ranked No. 126 on the list of private colleges and No. 82 of colleges in the Northeast.

“We are honored to be named to the list of top colleges by Forbes, particularly because of the intentional ways we have enhanced our career services for our students and graduates,” said Rev. Brian F. Linnane, S.J., president. “This recognition shows how valuable our Jesuit, liberal arts education is in preparing our students for anything and everything they will achieve after graduating.”

For this ranking, Forbes “focuses on the direct benefits schools provide their graduates,” according to an article about their methodology. The list considers alumni salaries, debt after graduation, the student experience, career accolades, and retention and graduation rates.
