Loyola University Maryland was recognized among the nation’s top institutions for undergraduates in The Princeton Review’s “Best 391 Colleges: 2026 Edition.” Loyola was also named among the publication’s “Best Mid-Atlantic” colleges.

Loyola has been included in every edition of the publication’s “Best Colleges” list since 1994.

“We are proud to see the value of a Loyola education consistently recognized as among the best in the nation by The Princeton Review,” said Eric Nichols, vice president for enrollment management. “Loyola’s inclusion on this prestigious list for more than 30 years reflects our academically gifted and diverse student body, our expert faculty and staff who commit themselves to student success, and our strong outcomes demonstrated by our influential alumni network.”

The Princeton Review tallied the lists in the current edition of “The Best 391 Colleges” based on the data from surveys of 170,000 students at the 391 schools in the book. The publication is a tutoring, test prep, and college admissions services company.

Loyola’s Sellinger School of Business and Management was recently recognized for its MBA program in The Princeton Review’s 2025 list of “Best Business Schools”.
