Living OUT Our Strong Truths Well

LGBTQ+ Student Services welcomes incoming first-year students, in the fullness of their identities, to explore the thriving Q’mmunity at Loyola and in Baltimore City. Rooted in Loyola’s motto, “Strong truths well lived,” Flourish invites students to live out their individual truths that nourish our diversity and collective wholeness. Explore the themes of community and belonging, LGBTQ+ history, queer resources and services, and advocacy for social change.

Time will be spent on and off campus to get to know the people, resources, and communities that will help you thrive in your Loyola experience. And y'all know we're going to have a good time doing it! 

Program experiences include:

• Community building opportunities with LGBTQ+ peers, employees, and alumni
• Engaging LGBTQ+ history through the context of Loyola and Baltimore City
• Visiting local LGBTQ+ organizations and businesses
• Drag performances and entertainment
