Who is eligible to apply?

Potential participants will be sent a personalized letter of invitation. The Ignatius Scholars Program provides opportunities to students with significant financial need and first-generation college students who may come from diverse racial and ethnic backgrounds.

When is the deadline for applying? 

Applications are accepted from March through May 26, 2023.

What are the application criteria?

Students who are interested in this program must submit an online application, a personal essay describing their interest in the program as well as their academic and career goals.

Are commuter students accepted into this program?

Yes, commuter students are welcome.  ISP will provide housing for the summer residential component of the program.

When will my file be reviewed for admission to the program?

All applications will be reviewed by the selection committee. Letters of acceptance will be sent to participants in June.
