| By Rev. Brian F. Linnane, S.J.

Rev. Brian F. Linnane, S.J., released this statement in light of the outcome of the 2020 election in Baltimore City:

“On behalf of Loyola, I want to extend our congratulations to Baltimore City’s Mayor-elect Brandon Scott, as he prepares to begin in his role. I also extend my congratulations to Mark Conway, who was elected Baltimore City Council Member; Baltimore City Council Member Sharon Green Middleton, who was reelected to a new term; and Comptroller-elect Bill Henry—a longtime Baltimore City Council Member and a Loyola MBA graduate. I thank them for their service, wish them well in their leadership, and look forward to partnering with them as we work together to strengthen Baltimore.”
