Loyola named among nation’s ‘Best 388 Colleges’ by The Princeton Review

Loyola University Maryland was recognized among the nation’s top institutions for undergraduates in The Princeton Review’s “Best 388 Colleges: 2023 Edition.” The publication additionally ranked Loyola at No. 15 on the list of Best College Dorms. Loyola has been included in 30 consecutive editions of the publication since 1994.

“For three decades now, we’ve been honored to be named among this select group of top schools in the United States,” said Terrence M. Sawyer, J.D., president of Loyola. “We take pride in ensuring that our students benefit from exceptional experiences in the classrooms, in the residence halls, and in many aspects of student life.”

Only about 14% of the nation’s 2,700 four-year colleges are recognized among “The Best 388 Colleges,” one of The Princeton Review’s most popular publications. It includes institutions and rankings based on surveys of 2,000 college administrators and more than 160,000 students at the 388 featured schools. The Princeton Review is a tutoring, test prep, and college admissions services company.
