Residence Life

Bright green sign reading 'Welcome Home Greyhounds'Welcome Home.

Life in the residence halls is built on a foundation of inclusion and community development where students foster a sense of belonging within an interdependent living environment.

Over 100 Residence Life & Housing staff members live inside the residence halls with you helping you pursue academic excellence, build healthy and meaningful relationships, develop personal growth and well-being, and build skills to create a more socially just and equitable environment at Loyola and beyond.

Each residential area is led by a full-time bachelor's level Area Coordinator (A.C.), and every resident is assigned a resident assistant (R.A.) to help navigate the year as a peer mentor.

Our R.A.s plan over 1,000 community development events and initiatives every year. Explore this site to learn more about what's happening in your hall.
