Learning Aims

Global studies graduates will be able to:

(i) Apply the basic approaches of economics, history, political science, and sociology to global issues;

(ii) Demonstrate extensive knowledge of, and the ability for critical thinking on, global issues and
regions around the world;

(iii) Speak and write in depth about key globalizing processes and issues of international or global
relevance; and

(iv) Evince a capacity for viewing themselves as global citizens fully engaged with world affairs.
