CCSJ offers volunteer leadership opportunities for undergraduate and graduate students, faculty, alumni, community partners and Loyola staff and administrators to serve as part of the team.
- Experience Baltimore Peer Facilitators are responsible for assisting in the planning and implementation of pre-fall experiences for incoming first-year students. CCSJ desires student leaders who represent a wide range of experiences, skills and backgrounds who are excited about building relationships with first-year Loyola students and learning about Baltimore City. The Experience Baltimore Peer Facilitator application for the 2020-2021 is now live and due on Monday, April 6th at 12pm noon EST.
- Immersion Peer Facilitators support the facilitation of the immersion experience by accompanying participants as a peer educator, logistics coordinator, and support. Peer facilitators engage participants in cultivating a commitment to lifelong learning, reflection and action. This is a leadership opportunity in collaboration with the faculty/staff/administrator Immersion Mentor(s). The peer facilitator and mentor work closely with the CCSJ or Campus Ministry Assistant Director to plan and implement immersion opportunities that promote local, domestic and global engagement. - York Road Students Association (YRSA) is a student network and resource to connect Loyola to the community. YRSA strives to build meaningful and intentional relationships between students and neighbors in the York Road community.
