Monthly Coach Community Meetings
The Center for Coaching and Leadership offers monthly virtual Loyola Coach Community meetings from January to May each year. Sessions may be facilitated conversations on coaching topics or open discussions on the challenges coaches may experience.
The Coach Community is primarily comprised of coaches enrolled in our Coaching Certification Program or coaches who support our leadership programs. However, if you are a coach seeking a community, you are welcome to join us. Contact Liz Kennedy for more information.

Dynamic Coaching: Bridging Agile Coaching with Professional Coaching
This engaging workshop by Kerri Sutey introduces students to the integration of Agile
coaching stances with professional coaching competencies. Participants will explore
powerful models like the Johari Window and Drexler-Sibbet Team Performance to enhance
self-awareness, team dynamics, and ethical decision-making in coaching. Through interactive
activities and reflective practices, students will learn skills to effectively coach
individuals and teams, preparing them to lead confidently and adaptively in diverse
environments.
This course meets on zoom on Wednesdays evenings from 6:00pm - 8:00pm EST on the following days:

The cost for the workshop is $500 and includes a one-hour coaching session with Coach Kerri. Participants will earn 10 CCEs from the International Coaching Federation (ICF): 8 core and 2 resource development.
