Resources
The Center’s research and inquiry work is grounded in a commitment to learning from practice. This includes a recently published article by the co-Directors, Carey Borkoski and Katherine Keefe, that examines the design and impact of the Center’s signature leadership development program.
Building on this foundation, the Center is currently analyzing data from Years 1 and 2 of the coach training cohorts and is eager to share emerging insights. Alongside these efforts, the Center is beginning to cultivate a community of coach-researchers who will contribute to the growing scholarship of coaching and leadership development. This research is complemented by an evolving collection of shared resources, including a curated reading list and tools that support ongoing learning and reflection.
