Olivia Baumgartner
Olivia Baumgartner

Olivia began her time with Loyola in June of 2023. After graduating with a B.A. in English from Arcadia University, she decided to further pursue her passion of helping students, going on to complete her M.Ed. in College Student Personnel Administration from James Madison University. There, she gained valuable knowledge on how to plan programs that are not only fun and unique but contribute to the well-being of the campus community. As an Assistant Director in the Office of Student Engagement, she guides the group of students on the Hound Activities and Programming Board (HAP) to do the same! Olivia is also responsible for various other event planning efforts, including leading a multi-departmental Weekend Programming Committee.

Outside of the office, Olivia enjoys reading, writing, playing video games, and keeping up with pop culture, as well as hanging out with her boyfriend and two cats. Being new to Baltimore, she is looking forward to discovering all that the city has to offer, especially the art and food.
