Student Leadership Corps

Student Leadership Corps (SLC) is comprised of fall-semester sophomores who are committed to develop personal and relational leadership skills. Participants gain a deeper knowledge of themselves and others which informs how they will positively contribute to leadership in the organizations and communities in which they serve. Through weekly group meetings, mentorship, and reflection, participants will be able to demonstrate leadership skills and followership at Loyola and beyond graduation.
The program consists of eight weeks of classroom-style sessions primarily led by the program advisot and upperclassmen mentors. Participants will also be assigned their own mentor and will attend a day-long off campus retreat with the cohort.
Participant applications for the Fall 2026 cohort will open on February 25th, 2025.
