Rhona Little Director Student Integrity and Restorative Justice Practices
Hi! I’m Rhona Little, the Director of Student Integrity and Restorative Justice Practices at Loyola University Maryland. In this role, I oversee the university’s student integrity process, ensuring that student actions align with our community standards and values. I also lead the implementation of restorative justice practices and serve as co-chair of Loyola’s Restorative Justice and Practices Steering Committee.
I have over a decade of experience in higher education, focusing on advancing dialogue, community building, conflict resolution, and fostering a sense of belonging. My career began at the University of Maryland, where I worked as a Resident Director, supporting student leadership, residential engagement, crisis management, and conduct processes. I then moved to the University of Maryland, Baltimore’s School of Social Work, where I served as a Senior Program Specialist. In this position, I managed large-scale contracts with state and local government agencies and led various initiatives related to inclusion and interpersonal dialogue.
In 2021, I became Loyola’s first Diversity and Inclusion Specialist, guiding university-wide efforts to foster communities of belonging, create healing-centered responses to harm, facilitate restorative circles and conferences, and design transformative DEIJ (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Justice) training for students and employees.
Outside of work, I enjoy discovering new brunch spots, following the latest reality TV shenanigans, and spending time with family and friends!
