Weekend Events

At Loyola, there's always something to do! Our office oversees the Weekend Programming Committee consisting of representatives from departments across campus (Residence Life and Housing, Atheletics, Recreation and Wellness, and more!), which meets monthly to coordinate social events which take place every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday during the academic year.

Students are at the heart of what we do; many of our weekend programs are coordinated by the Hound Activities and Programming board, a collective of student leaders who work to brainstorm and implement exciting events and activities for the student body. We also allow our student-led clubs and organizations to apply for funding, which enable them to put on bigger and better club events on the weekends. From crafts and open mic nights to snow tubing and cultural festivals, you'll never be bored!
