Loyola's Counseling Center has experienced professionals that promote an awareness and sensitivity toward differences in race, gender, identity and expression. It provides and safe, supportive, and confidential space where LGBTQ+ survivors can seek support and care. Clinician Sunny Swift (He/Him/They/Them) is the coordinator for LGBTQ+ Services within the department.

Title IX supports LGBTQ+ survivors. Title IX intake officers for students are readily available to meet with complainants and other reporting parties review their rights, resources, and reporting options that are available both on and off-campus, including offering and implementing supportive measure, regardless of whether they desire to file a complaint. Associate Director of Student Life Stepf Diaz (They/Them) is an intake officer readily available.

Mercy Medical Center is a designated treatment center for sexual assault and domestic violence in Baltimore City. It has 30 specially trained Forensic Nurse Examiners (FNEs) available 24/7 to care for victims of sexual assault, and victims of domestic violence all LGBTQ+ identities (including men, women, nonbinary and transgender individuals). The Forensic Nurse Examiner Program practices inclusive care and works collaboratively with criminal justice agencies and other Baltimore agencies addressing the needs of victims of violence regardless of how they identify.

Chase Brexton Health Care is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that provides a wide range of primary health care, dental, behavioral health, and case management services to adults, children, and families. They have expertise in LGBTQ+ health and provide specialty services to transgender children, youth, and adults. The LGBT Health Resource Center is housed at their Mount Vernon location.
