Loyola's Women's Center actively works to promote an environment of equality and acceptance for all people of all religious beliefs, ethnic backgrounds, sexual orientations, and gender identities. Melissa Lees (she/her) is the Sexual Violence Prevention, Education and Response Coordinator. She is Safe Zone trained and helps in supporting LGBTQ+ individuals who have experienced sexual violence.

Loyola's Counseling Center has experienced professionals that promote an awareness and sensitivity toward differences in race, gender, identity and expression. It provides and safe, supportive, and confidential space where LGBTQ+ individuals who have experienced sexual violence can seek support and care. Clinician Sunny Swift (he/him/they/them) is the coordinator for LGBTQ+ Services within the department.

Title IX supports LGBTQ+ individuals who have experienced sexual violence. Title IX intake officers for students are readily available to meet with complainants and other reporting parties to review their rights, resources, and reporting options that are available both on and off-campus, including offering and implementing supportive measures, regardless of whether they desire to file a complaint. Support resources who are Safe Zone trained are signified on the reporting resources website.

Turnaround provides wrap around services to individuals of all identities who have experienced sexual violence. They have partnered with a consultant to ensure all care is inclusive to the LGBTQ+ community.

Mercy Medical Center is a designated treatment center for sexual assault and domestic violence in Baltimore City. It has 30 specially trained Forensic Nurse Examiners (FNEs) available 24/7 to care for victims of sexual assault, and victims of domestic violence all LGBTQ+ identities (including men, women, non-binary and transgender individuals). The Forensic Nurse Examiner Program practices inclusive care and works collaboratively with criminal justice agencies and other Baltimore agencies addressing the needs of victims of violence regardless of how they identify.

The Center for LGBTQ Health Equity is part of Chase Brexton Health Care, a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that provides a wide range of primary health care, behavioral health, gender-affirming care, prescription assistance, general health and wellness guidance, and case management services to children, teens, adults, and their families. MCASA's Sexual Assault Legal Institute (SALI) provides comprehensive legal services to individuals who have experienced sexual violence statewide.
