Loyola’s Busch Lecture looks at human-centered workplaces

Loyola University Maryland’s Sellinger School of Business will present the 2025 Busch Lecture: “The Future of Work: The Peopletecture Model with Dr. Tiffany McDowell” on Thursday, Nov. 6, at 6 p.m. The event will take place in the 4th Floor Program Room in the Andrew White Student Center at Loyola.
Tiffany McDowell, Ph.D., partner at EY Consulting and author of the book, Strategies for Organization Design: Using the Peopletecture Model to Improve Collaboration and Performance, will deliver the Busch Lecture. McDowell will explore the future of work and the Peopletecture Model, a framework for creating human-centered workplaces that foster stronger relationships, collaboration, performance, and employee well-being.
McDowell has more than 25 years of global industry and consulting experience in organizational transformation. Her approach places humans at the center of technology to create purpose, improve business performance, and enhance employee experience. She specializes in innovation in organizational models, technology implementation, workforce strategies, and stakeholder engagement. McDowell holds a doctorate in industrial and organizational psychology, MBA and bachelor’s degree in psychology.
The first 25 attendees at the Busch Lecture will receive a complimentary copy of McDowell’s book.

The Busch Lecture, supported by the Anheuser-Busch Foundation, aims to feature leaders in business who have led innovative and entrepreneurial initiatives and are of interest to the academic, business, and civic communities. The Anheuser-Busch Foundation also designates a Busch Scholar, a faculty member who conducts and publishes high-quality research in a business discipline.
