industry in Massachusetts has risen by 55% since 2008-based on data from the U.S.
Bureau of Labor Statistics’ Quarterly Census of Employment and Wages (QCEW)( https://www.massbio.org/why-massachusetts/industrysnapshot)! Similar trends are occurring in the Biohealth Capital Region (Baltimore, DC, Virginia),
Research Triangle (North Carolina), New York, and San Francisco. About 95 percent
