"We belong to each other." -Mother Teresa
Loyola manifests its effort to honor, care for, and educate the whole person by encouraging its constituents to strive after intellectual, physical, psychological, social, and spiritual health and well-being. Caring for the whole person means ensuring students have their essential needs met.
Campus Ministry, in partnership with the Division for Student Development, established Loyola’s food pantry in the fall of 2019 in order to provide non-perishable food, hygiene products, cleaning supplies, etc. to students who are experiencing food insecurity or financial need.
In a world where the cost of higher education is placing greater and greater financial strain on our students, we hope that this pantry can serve as a resource in alleviating some of that hardships our students might experience.
If you are a student seeking assistance with food insecurity and are interested in accessing our pantry, please contact Dr. Christina Spearman at email@example.com.
The Pantry is funded through a combination of university funds and generous donors. If you would like to donate to our the Pantry, a list of needed items can be downloaded online.
Donations can be dropped off at the Campus Ministry office between 8:30 AM-5:00 PM Monday-Friday. If you are seeking to make a financial donation please contact Ms. Hong-yu Li, Program Assistant for Campus Ministry, at firstname.lastname@example.org or 410-617-2768.
