Retreat Payment

Each retreat costs between $15-150 per person, depending on the location, length and content of the retreat. Retreat costs are available on each retreat information page. Registration fees cover transportation, lodging, meals, and all other expenses for the retreat. Campus Ministry subsidizes the cost of retreats for students in order to offer them at a discounted rate. For example, the entire cost of a weekend retreat for one student is $190 and Campus Ministry subsidizes $100-150 of the retreat cost per student.

Retreat Payment Policies

Payments are payable online (credit or debit card), or in person in the office of Campus Ministry (Evergreen, cash, or check payable to Loyola University Maryland).
FULL PAYMENT IS DUE SEVEN DAYS PRIOR TO RETREAT.
Refunds for Cancellations

If cancellation occurs less than 7 days before the retreat, payment is NON-REFUNDABLE.
If cancellation occurs before the one-week cut off, the $25 deposit is still NON-REFUNDABLE.

Because of the high level of interest in our retreats, some retreats may have a waitlist. When your spot in the retreat has been confirmed, you will be sent payment instructions by the Retreat Director.

Are you interested in scholarship information?*

Waiting List Policy
Submitting a registration form does not guarantee a spot on the retreat. After submitting a registration form, students may be placed on the waiting list if the retreat has reached capacity. Students will be notified to confirm a spot on the retreat. Payment for wait-list participants is not due unless guaranteed space on the retreat.
