Leadership Essentials for Educators

Grow your leadership alongside a small, supportive cohort of educators. Through interactive sessions and one-on-one coaching, you’ll deepen self-awareness, build confidence, and strengthen your ability to lead, build leadership mental fitness, navigate conflict, and advocate for yourself, all within the context of your work. Leadership Essentials for Educators is your opportunity to step into a space designed for your growth as an educator and leader. Join our first cohort for meaningful conversations, practical skill-building, and one-on-one coaching to help you lead with clarity, confidence, and purpose.

Core Components

One-on-One Leadership Coaching

Six one-hour virtual coaching sessions between October 2026 and March 2027. Set goals, create an action plan, explore challenges, and reflect on your leadership experience.
