Dr. Masudul Biswas Showcased at NABJ in Chicago on July 31

Dr. Masudul Biswas' book, DEI Strategies: Learning from Journalism and Mass Communication Programs with Professional Impact, has been selected for an author's showcase at the National Black Journalist Association's annual convention in Chicago on July 31, 2024. Co-authored with Dr. Dorothy Bland, PhD. of University of North Texas, the book discusses diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) practices across U.S. college and university journalism and mass communication programs and addresses possible strategies for other liberal arts and academic programs. 

The National Association of Black Journalists is an international nonprofit association providing training, career opportunities, and advocacy efforts for Black media professionals and journalists.
