Biography

Elizabeth earned her BA from The George Washington University and MS from Loyola University Maryland.  Since then, she has worked in several different settings delivering speech pathology services to adults with a variety of acute and chronic illnesses.  Elizabeth joined Loyola’s Speech-Language-Hearing Sciences Department in 2021 and feels that she's found her calling as an educator.  In addition to this role, she continues to work on a PRN basis at Johns Hopkins Suburban Hospital and Shady Grove Adventist Hospital.  As a proud member of the queer community, Elizabeth is passionate about providing culturally competent and accessible services to all.  Outside of the clinic and classroom, she enjoys hiking with her goldendoodle Violet, baking delicious birthday cakes and listening to audiobooks.

  • MS (2016) in Speech-Language Pathology from Loyola University Maryland 
  • BA (2010) Speech and Hearing Sciences from The George Washington University 

Areas of Specialization

Areas of clinical interest include evaluation and treatment of neurogenic communication disorders, voice disorders and dysphagia.  Clinical experience includes inpatient and outpatient at The Greater Baltimore Medical Center and Inova Fairfax Medical Center, as well as community-based settings including adult private practice and assisted living facilities.
