Audio-Described Performances

Audio-description will be provided upon request for visitors who are blind or have low vision. Please contact 410-617-2062/2750/7380 or two weeks prior to the event.

Large Print Handouts

Large-print handouts are available for visitors who are blind or have low vision. Please contact 410-617-2062/2750/7380 or at least one week before the event to request this information.


Braille information is available upon request for visitors who are blind. Please contact 410-617-2062/2750/7380 or two weeks prior to the event.

Assistive Listening Devices

Assistive listening devices are available for events. Please notify events services at or call 410-617-5077 if you would like to reserve a headset in advance. Request should be made one week prior to the event. Headsets may be used with or without a hearing aid and are distributed free of charge (subject to availability). Users will be asked to leave an ID and their phone numbers when they pick up their headsets. These will be returned when the headset is returned at the end of the performance.

Sign Language Interpretation

Sign language-interpretation is available on request. Please contact 410-617-2062/2750/7380 or two weeks prior to the event to request interpreters.

Captioned Performances

Captioning is available upon request for guests who are deaf or hard of hearing, and will be provided based on the availability of a qualified stenographer. Please contact 410-617-2062/2750/7380 or two weeks prior to the event to request captioning.

Parking and Shuttle Services

Parking spaces for persons with disabilities are available in the Jenkins lot or the York Road lot. These spaces are for vehicles bearing handicapped parking placards or license plates, and are available on a first-come basis. The Jenkins lot charges an hourly-fee and the York Road lot is free. Shuttle services are available from York Road, and there is a wheelchair lift on one shuttle. For information on the shuttle service, call the office of parking and transportation at 410-617-5552. Accessible Seating

Loyola has accessible seating for people with disabilities and their companions at all events and is committed to providing dispersed seating. Please contact if you have questions about seating for a particular event. Additionally, to request accessible seating for ticketed events, contact the box office at (410) 617-1420.

Latest News - "Excel" Support Group

Excel is a virtual support group for students who have a disability or face learning challenges. Excel provides a space for students to discuss their unique challenges related to virtual learning and find support to navigate learning hurdles. Students will also be able to share resources, learn stress management skills, and discuss self-care.  Students do not need to be registered with Disability Support Services to join this group.
