Loyola Dining is committed to our Culinary Gold Standards. We prepare made-from-scratch meals that focus on fresh, local, and non-processed ingredients. We do not use frozen products, except for peas and spinach, and we utilize the FarmSource and EcoSteps programs to purchase local and fresh ingredients! We address sustainable food service and "green" our dining operations while expanding our role as a socially responsible organization.
