Student Housing for Baltimore Area Interns

Students in room in Rahner villageLoyola offers on-campus housing for college students working in Baltimore City or the surrounding area during the summer. The housing is open to all students currently registered in an undergraduate or graduate program and pursuing an internship in Baltimore. Students do not have to be studying at Loyola, but internship verification is required.

Housing for interns is provided in Rahner Village, which offers both single and double bedrooms. These townhomes make it easy for students working in Baltimore over the summer to experience townhome-style living for a low price. There's no need for your interns to struggle to find short-term housing or pay an exorbitant amount of money to apartment complexes for short leases. Loyola has the perfect place for your interns to call home!

Accommodations

Accommodations at Rahner Village are fully-furnished, air conditioned, townhomes on Loyola's Baltimore campus. These townhomes include a full kitchen, washer and dryer in unit, and WiFi. Townhome living with two or three bedrooms per unit for up to four students. Rahner houses also include a small backyard with each residence. There are four townhome blocks: Bokel Ct., Crowson Ave., Gallagher Ct., and Tantallion Ct.

Dates

Rooms are available from Saturday, May 25, 2024 through Saturday, August 10, 2024. 

Cost

There is a mandatory security deposit of $1,146.00 (refunded by September 15th), which cannot be used toward payment of living expenses. Interns can also rent on a monthly basis but no prorating can be applied. Loyola requires that students sharing a condo must be the same gender.

  • Private bedroom cost is $4,102.00 per person
  • Shared bedroom cost is $3051.00 per person

Fitness and Aquatics Center

Interns will have the opportunity to sign up for a short-term membership at Loyola's Fitness and Aquatics Center. A fee of $70.23 will be the responsibility of the intern for use of the facility during their stay.
