Procurement
Loyola University Maryland has negotiated competitive rates with several vendors. When purchasing items with University funds, the following vendors should be used.
Shipping
FedEx is the preferred shipping vendor for the University and offers discounts on all shipping for the University. Offices that need FedEx account numbers should contact Campus Services at x5070 to begin receiving the negotiated rates.
Rental Cars
Motor Pool has negotiated rates with several rental car companies. If you are traveling and need a rental car, contact Motor Pool at x5396. Employees also have access to negotiated rates listed on the Human Resource website.
Beverages
Loyola is a Pepsi affiliated campus. All beverages purchased with University funds should be Pepsi products. Please contact Event Services at x5077 if you need additional information regarding the Pepsi agreement.
