Registration

Registration Process

To be prepared to register for your first semester courses, you will need to schedule a virtual advising appointment with your academic program advisor. During this meeting, we will review your academic program plan, cover questions you may have, and review course options for your first semester.

Student Planning

Up-to-date information and instructions pertaining to Student Planning, the online course registration system, can be found on the Office of the Registrar Graduate Web Registration page.

Please read the Frequently Asked Questions page for more information about academic advising and course planning.

Moodle

Moodle is Loyola's course management system and is used to communicate course materials from professors. You can access it by selecting the Moodle tile from the "Teaching, Learning, Working" section of the Inside Loyola home page. Please familiarize yourself with Moodle with the resources provided by the Office of Technology Services. Once you register for a course it will reside on your Moodle page. Click on the course name to access the course. It is important that you check your Moodle site prior to the first class so that you may be prepared with any information from the professor.
For additional assistance with technology matters, including account access, Moodle, and password resets, please visit the Office of Technology Services.  You can also contact the Help Desk at 410-617-5555 or ots@loyola.edu.
