Warnings

WARNING: this publication is not to be underestimated. We put a megaphone to the artistic voice at Loyola University Maryland; we are loud, and the material we publish is even louder. We encourage submissions to encompass specific themes but of course these are only generally observed during the selection process for the magazine and in no way set limitations on submissions. Past themes have included: Color, Instinct, and Revolution. Check out our Warnings website.

The Odyssey

As stated by the magazine’s website, “Odyssey is a social content platform that crowdsources ideas from millennial thought leaders in their local communities.” It is a platform focused on socially relevant topics shared across social media platforms. It is the ultimate journalistic experience created by college students with a similar audience in mind. Loyola University Maryland's participation in the publication was initiated during the Summer of 2015. It began with a small team of writers, but became a community of students with interests across the disciplines, seeking to generate discourse on topics every college student is interested in. Ultimately, Loyola chapter members seek to expose meaningful truths in order to contribute to a society where these values are truly well lived. Forum

During its distinguished existence, the magazine published the best student creative non-fiction, essays and art. After 2014, the Forum and Garland merged to form Corridors. Despite the name change and the merge, the Corridors staff remains dedicated to making sure it continues the mission first started at the Forum and maintains archives for both the Forum and Garland online.
