Procedure for Establishing a Club Sport Team

In order to be recognized by the Club Sport Program, a group must provide a valid service to the Loyola community and must adhere to the governing policies established by the Club Sport Program.  The organization must submit a complete application for recognition for approval by the Assistant Director for Competitive Sports.  The completed application must include:

1. Name of the organization
2. Names and contact information for the organization's officers (at least two)
3. The purpose, goals, and standards of the organization, including a team mission statement
4. Team roster (to be recognized, there must be at least 8 active members for the upcoming year)
5. A proposed schedule for practice and competition
6. A proposed budget and fundraising plan
