Kaylee Serio is currently pursuing her B.S. in BioChemistry at Loyola University Maryland. Her background in gymnastics laid the foundation for her passion for fitness and wellness. After years of lifting, learning, and helping others informally, she became a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) in 2024, turning her passion into a career. Kaylee specializes in training women of all fitness levels, focusing on building strength, confidence, and sustainable habits. Her programs often begin with foundational movement and mobility work to improve posture, balance, and joint stability, followed by progressive strength training using a mix of machines, free weights, and resistance tools. Kaylee is an avid weightlifter and loves all things fitness. Outside the gym, Kaylee enjoys getting coffee with friends, exploring new dinner spots, and cuddling with her two cats Poppy and Callie. She is originally from the Baltimore area but not resides in Orwigsburg with her parents and sister. She is passionate about creating a positive, empowering space where clients feel supported, seen, and strong. Her favorite workout song is Timeless by The Weeknd & Playboi Carti.
