Emily is the Director of Camp Greyhound where she oversees all camp operations. Emily completed her undergraduate degree at Towson University in Sport Management. During her undergrad years, Emily coached and assisted in operations for Coach Harwood Basketball Camp. Upon completing her undergraduate degree, Emily became the Athletic Director for a Youth Sports company. During her time as an Athletic Director, Emily ran 3 years of a Multisport Summer Camp that won consecutive Best of Bethesda awards along with managing and overseeing numerous youth programming. She has continued to follow her passion in the youth sport industry by coming to Loyola University as the Assistant Director of Youth and Family Programs. Make sure to say hi to Ms.Emily at camp!

Bryan Haunert

Bryan has been the Director of Recreation and Wellness at Loyola since 2016 and assists Emily with day-to-day operations of Camp Greyhound.  Bryan earned his Bachelors Degree in Recreation Administration from Bowling Green State University (OH) in 1998 and his Masters Degree in Athletic Administration from Ball State University (IN) in 2000 while serving as an administrator for the Cardinal Kids Camp.  Bryan then moved on to George Washington University as the Assistant Director of Recreational Sports and Fitness Services, where his responsibilities included running the operations of the GW Summer Sports Camp.  After GW, Bryan spent 6 years at the University of Pennsylvania where he helped develop and manage the PennKids Summer Camp.  From 2008 – 2016, Bryan served as the Associate Director of Physical Education and Recreation at the University of Oregon and was instrumental in the initial concepts of bringing a comprehensive camp program to campus.  He’s excited to partner with Emily in bringing a great summer experience to Loyola!
