30-Minute Circuit Training
New to working out or maybe a seasoned pro? The first two weeks of the academic semester are always our busiest! During these two weeks, come meet our fitness professionals between the hours of 4:30 and 6:30 p.m. Our student personal trainer, Mike Wicklein, and our Assistant Director for Fitness and Wellness, Tish Burns, will walk you through our new 30 minute circuit workout! Our 30 minute circuit is the fastest way to work out the whole body!

Rhythm and Bike
We are changing the way you look at spin! Come join us for the fiercely fun 45 minute cycling workout called Rhythm and Bike. This class brings you the hottest mix of music and rhythmic moves to keep your workout fresh and upbeat while continuing to build endurance and muscular strength. Puerto Rico Paddleboarding Trip
Winter break feeling a little dreary? Outdoor Adventure Experience (OAE) is traveling south this month for our first annual Paddleboarding Puerto Rico expedition! Sunshine (hopefully), beach camping, and exploration of an amazing island will round out the week-long experience. All of the seats are filled for this year, but keep an eye out early next fall to sign up for our January 2021 offering! We are excited to kick off another semester of intramurals starting with basketball, flag football, and indoor soccer at the end of January. Registration will be open until the first day of league play. Additionally, we will be adding a new sport to the mix due to student interest... Indoor Lacrosse! Women's Rugby Launch
While many of our current club teams continue to have great success representing us on the regional and national scale, we are happy to introduce our newest team to the program, women's club rugby. Led by a student initiative from Allison Tillotson, Dyanne Garibay, and Alondra Diaz, the women's team will begin representing Loyola club sports in competition spring 2020.
