Throughout the month of December, the Department of Recreation and Wellness will be conducting scheduled meditation classes with our certified yoga instructors on various dates and times. These classes will consist of breathing techniques for stress and anxiety, allowing the mind to settle in a natural way. Be prepared to feel rejuvenated after participating in this one hour course.
