Biography
Megan has been in a toddler classroom for the past 10 years. They fell into Montessori accidentally when their son attended a school and was asked to work part time one summer. Megan is a huge advocate for LGBTQIA+, special education, and DEIJ in the Montessori realm.
Megan is so excited to be teaching the infant/ toddler course through Loyola’s MEd for Montessori education. Megan hopes to inspire those not at this age level to find the importance and value of children so young. Megan lives with their wife, 3 teenagers, 3 dogs, 2 cats, and 2 bearded dragons. They work part time helping people with disabilities know their rights under the ADA. They also work in the foster care system, to advocate for reunification of families.
