Degree or Licensure Verification Requests

Current and former School of Education students with degree or licensure verification requests, please complete and sign the Verification Form. Email the completed form to Hannah Danaher (hdanaher@loyola.edu), Office of the Registrar, and copy Heather Moore (hamoore@loyola.edu), Assistant Dean, School of Education.
